Q. "I've just moved to Horsham with my family and just wondered, from personal experience, if any Horsham residents know of any good Christian churches in Horsham?"
Ben, Worthing Road, Horsham.
A. "Hi Ben, maybe your first option would be to look at the churches on the Horsham directory, here: https://www.horshaminformation.com/horsham-directory however, I have always had good experiences at St Mark's Church in Holbrook, a very friendly church in Horsham."
Jennifer, Brighton Road, Horsham.
A. "Hi Ben, welcome to Horsham, you've made the right move, it's a great area. I agree with Jennifer, St Marks is a great, friendly church in Horsham. I would definitely steer clear of Lifespring church in Horsham. I have been going there off and on for many years, and because I live on my own with my small dog, and she gets severe anxiety issues, I usually bring her with me, everyone usually makes a big fuss of her, with her being very placid and friendly with everyone, and it's always been okay, but recently, some jumped up guy with an air of self-importance and ego told me that I couldn't bring my small dog in, I explained that there's never been any issues before and asked him why they are not allowed, he replied that some people are allergic to animals, I then replied, that if someones allergic to animals, surely they would stay away from a dog, he didn't have an asnwer to that. Lifespring church, the church that used be all-inclusive, but not so inclusive now! Steer clear of this unfriendly church!"

Any good cycle shops in Horsham?
Q. "Anyone know of any good cycle shops in Horsham? or, should I be asking about good bike shops in Horsham? or good bicycle shops in Horsham?"
Steve, Bedford Road, Horsham.
A. "Try Halfords at Broadbridge Heath. They've always
sold good bikes, given my bikes a good service with fair prices as well. Stay well away from Andy at
AD Cycles in Brighton Road, in Horsham, or Joe at Freeborn, as they always try to talk to you as though they're the headmaster talking to their children! Max at The Cycle shop in Horsham isn't too bad, but definitely stay well away from Andy at AD Cycles and Joe at Freeborn."
Martin, Hills Farm Lane, Horsham.
A. "Would echo Martins words above, I've had okay experiences with AD
Cycles before in the past, but that was when Keith and John were there, but
since they've left, I've tried twice to get a good service with AD Cycles, as I
thought that maybe it was just a fluke that they gave such a bad service the
first time, I tried again, and lo and behold, they've been absolutely hopeless
every time! When Keith and John was there at AD Cycles they gave a
brilliant, helpful, professional service, but now Keith and John have gone to
Halfords in Broadbridge Heath, there's only hopeless Andy left! As Martin
says, stay well away from Andy at AD Cycles!"
Dave, Brighton Road, Horsham."
Any good mens hairdressers in Horsham?
Q. "Anyone know of any good mens hairdressers in Horsham?"
John, New Street, Horsham.
A. "I don't know of any good mens hairdressers in Horsham, but I would stay away from Kings hairdressers in Horsham, and especially away from Lorenzos mens hairdressers in Crawley Road (in Roffey), for some unknown reason, he just wants to cut everyones hair short, even if you actually don't want it short!!!"
Luke, Worthing Road, Horsham.
A. "I agree with Lukes comments above on Lorenzos hairdressers in Roffey, Horsham. I had, until recently been going to Lorenzo for my haircut quite regularly, but it always seemed to be a massive struggle every time, just trying to get him to do the haircut that I actually wanted!
He's a nice enough guy, but when seeing what haircuts other customers there were getting, it was easy to see that it was all short back and sides and any haircut that wasn't the usual short back and sides he would struggle with!"
Joe, Manor Fields, Horsham.

Sue, Clarence Road, Horsham.
A. "Hi Sue, try Poundland in Horsham, great value socks at a £1
a pair."
Jenny, York Close, Southwater.

Anyone in Southwater or locally to fix garden fencing?
Q. "My garden fencing is in a very bad state of repair, with many of my fence panels and fence posts to be replaced. Anyone know of a fencing expert in Southwater or maybe a fencing expert in Horsham to fit new fence panels and new fence posts?"
Mark, Cedar Drive, Southwater.
A. "Hi Mark, for fitting new garden fence panels and fence posts, I would highly recommend the Horsham Handyman, they did a great job for us, replacing my garden fence panels and fence posts, and they did a brilliant job, in fact, it was so good, neighbours booked them to also do their fencing, and did a great job there as well. The website for them is
Steve, Windsor Close, Southwater.
