The Horsham park run is every Saturday morning at 9am for adults and Sunday morning at 9am for children aged 4 to 14.
Over the winter, the Horsham parkrun is held at Southwater country park, then for the rest of the year at Horsham park. The children carry on at Horsham park over the winter.

There's no pressure to complete in a certain time, you just do the best you can, and at the same time, have amazing positive effects on you, both physically and mentally!
The world-wide phenomenon of park runs, was first created by Paul Sinton-Hewitt CBE on the 2nd of October 2004 at Bushy Park in London, and it is now world-wide!
The Horsham park runs are always very well organised, with stewards along the 5km route.
It is operated on a pure non-commercial basis, with everyone involved in the organising of the park runs, doing it solely on a volunteer basis
All shapes and sizes welcome, and any level of fitness.
